If you plan to stay on site, a hotel reservation is all you need to see the show. Hotel guests will enjoy specially curated welcome packages and experiences from our brand partners and will receive wristbands upon check-in to gain access to the concert.

If you are local or plan to stay elsewhere, you need to purchase a ticket to attend the concert.

Yes, the show is 18+. A valid photo ID is required for entry for all patrons.

No tickets will be mailed. You will receive the tickets in an email confirmation from Evey. There will be a QR code in your email that we will scan upon your arrival/check-in at which point you will receive a wristband. Please keep your wristband on as your QR code will no longer work for entry once scanned and your wristband worn and presented for entry into the concert. If possible, please print your confirmation email for your records and bring with you to the show.

Tickets are non-refundable, but we are happy to transfer your tickets to someone else’s name if you cannot attend. Please email justin@kinsfield.co if you would like to make this change. We are unable to transfer tickets the day of the event.

VENUE RULES

COURTYARD ENTRY TICKET
Our outdoor courtyards feature hardscaping surrounding a grassy lawn and may have uneven terrain.
All tickets are general admission with a mix of standing room and unassigned seating. Guests are welcome to enjoy the concert while standing, sitting, and/or dancing, however, are encouraged to be courteous to others around them. Please avoid standing on pathways obstructing concertgoers passing by and the view of those sitting on the edge of pathways.

18+
This show is 18+. A valid photo ID is required for entry for all patrons.

LIMITED RE-ENTRY
You may exit and re-enter after doors open at 3pm until 6:15pm. After 6:15pm you may not exit and re-enter until the headlining act is over.

WEATHER
Our courtyards are an outdoor venue and shows can occur in all elements of weather, so be prepared for adverse weather conditions, including full exposure to the sun, strong wind and even rain or snow. It is always wise to dress in layers, have a poncho on hand and to wear sunscreen. Dress accordingly, as the temperature may drop noticeably after sunset. No umbrellas, please. This is a rain or shine event.

SMOKING
Smoking is not permitted in the courtyard. Electronic/Vapor smoking devices are also not permitted. Thank you for your cooperation.

PHOTOGRAPHY
Cameras with removable lens, video cameras and recording devices are prohibited.

PARKING
Parking onsite is for hotel guests only. There is limited street parking and we encourage you to use public transportation, bike or walk, carpool or use a rideshare service when possible. For hotel guests, onsite parking is included with your ticket. Vehicles parked illegally will be ticketed or towed.

WHAT TO BRING (& NOT TO BRING)
For the safety of our guests, when entering the venue for a concert all patrons are subject to bag searches and screening, including but not limited to metal detector wands.

• You may bring an empty, reusable water bottle e.g., Nalgene bottles, aluminum bottles (32 oz. or less) – no glass bottles
• No outside food or beverage
• Feel free to bring a towel-sized blanket, small cushion, or stadium seat – no folding chairs or inflatables
• No backpacks, oversized bags, or coolers
• Do not bring anything that could be construed as a weapon including firearms, fireworks, and knives
• No illegal drugs or outside alcohol
• No bikes, skateboards, or scooters
• Sorry: No pets allowed at the concert, though we do have a limited number of dog-friendly rooms. Please request when booking.

Accessible General Admission Tickets
This event is a General Admission event. Patrons requesting accessible seating should purchase a General Admission ticket and will be accommodated at the venue. A limited amount of accessible rooms are available for guests booking a hotel stay.
