Guest check-in begins at 3:00pm and check-out is at 11:00am. If you will be arriving early, you are certainly welcome to start enjoying the resort's amenities while we hold your bags and work on getting your room ready for you. - Can you have on-site options for dining?
Yes, Outbound Mammoth features our all-new Mammoth restaurant and bar, Bar Sierra, an on-site crêpe truck, and an exceptional wine bar in the resort's lobby. View our Eat & Drink page for opening hours and more details. - Do you have roll-away beds or cribs?
We do not offer roll-away beds or cribs. Occupancy for a room with a king bed is two people max, with two beds, is four people max. - What is the hotel cancellation policy?
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the check-in time on your scheduled arrival date are subject to penalty of 1 night room and tax. - Do you allow pets?
Yes, Fido is invited to enjoy our pet-friendly resort in Mammoth Lakes. We allow up to two dogs at $50 per night pet fee. No more than two dogs per room, please. If you do not register them at the front desk, there is an additional fee. - Is there a resort fee?
Yes, there is a $25 nightly resort fee + tax per room. This fee includes a 20% discount at Black Tie ski rentals, guest parking, high-speed Wi-Fi, one welcome beer from a local Mammoth brewery, and use of filtered water stations. - Can you please share information on road conditions and road closures?
Please check road conditions prior to coming to see especially if you are trying to travel to Yosemite National Park (reservations required) or during Winter months if there are any chain restrictions. Refunds will not be issued for closed roads (Tioga Pass Hwy 120) Please check the road conditions/routes prior to your stay as some roads are seasonally closed and there are alternative routes. - Do you have a pool and/or hot tub?
Yes, we have both an outdoor heated pool and a large, outdoor hot tub for relaxing after a day on the slopes. Both are currently closed at this time due to renovation works.
